The 2018 Gathering is shaping up to be a fabulous time for ToP trainers and facilitators to come together!  Over 100 of you have registered!

• The Gathering officially starts at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 5.  You can secure your name tag and registration materials starting at 10:00 AM at the Gathering Registration table outside Magnolia Hotel's Winter Garden.

• Gathering program detail continues to build in our online scheduling program - look for your invitation "SCHED" with the subject line "You're Invited to ToP Network Annual Gathering 2018."  This app holds the agenda, session descriptions, presenter bios, session locations and allows you to build your personalized agenda using your computer, tablet or phone! Add your profile information in SCHED and see who else is coming.  It is a great way to connect. Get your SCHED HERE!

• Add to ToP's growing Resource Library! Check out what we are looking for and follow the link on the Resource Library page to share your resources! 

• Ride and Roommate Sharing Resource - The Gathering Team have created a online document to help attendees coordinate ride sharing (both arrival and departure) and if you need a roommate, there is a tab for that, too. 

• Hotel shuttle - The Magnolia hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle. Call 402-707-2884 upon landing for shuttle pick up.  

• Valet Parking - The Magnolia Hotel offers valet parking for guests - $12 for the day, $19 includes overnight.  

• Parking near the hotel - Click on the link for additional surface lots and parking garages available near the hotel.

• Visit our 2018 Gathering Photo Album for some snapshots of the city that awaits you, and then, throughout the Gathering, upload your own photos to to share!

• Check out this interactive map of favorite spots to eat, drink, and be merry in Omaha.

• Feedback from previous Gatherings has consistently called for more time for connections and informal sharing.  The Gathering Team has built in extended breaks and open times for teams to meet.  If you are not already on a team, be sure to attend the Friday afternoon sessions to learn about existing teams and explore where your interests might be best met and deepen your connections at dinner.
