What are the dates of the pre and post sessions?
Pre-gathering dates: January 9-10
Post-gathering dates: January 15-16
How can I submit a proposal for the gathering?
Proposals are still being accepted - October 12th deadline extended.

Parking: Valet parking is available with in & out privileges. Current parking rate 34.00 per night; Event parking $18.00 per car. Prices are exclusive of tax.
Cancellation and guarantee policy: Regarding reservations, there is no deposit taken. We only ask for a credit card guarantee. Guests can make updates to reservations at any time but please remember the hotels cancellation policy is 72 hours. If any reservation is cancelled after this time period then a one night penalty will apply.
